Shipping policy

Orders are carefully packed and shipped to ensure your products arrive safely.

Because our products are made with natural tallow, they may soften or melt during warm weather or in hot climates. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product.

If your tallow product arrives soft:

• Simply place it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes to allow it to firm back up.

• The product will return to its normal consistency, and nothing about the product has changed.

Please note that slight changes in texture can occur due to temperature fluctuations during shipping, but the product remains perfectly safe and effective to use.

We package and ship orders with care, but we cannot guarantee temperature conditions during transit, especially during summer months.
